1 Select the appropriate pump through calculation or according to the design requirements; design a reasonable water supply pipe diameter and pipe length through calculation to achieve higher uniformity; the water supply pipe should be selected plastic pipe with anti-aging properties.

2 The emitter is a key component. It is necessary to choose an emitter that is uniform in water, strong in anti-clogging ability, and easy to install and use.

3 The selected filter should be 120 mesh or 150 mesh, and it has the advantages of corrosion resistance and easy flushing.

2, the correct installation of drip irrigation machinery:

1 The installation of the water supply pipeline should adopt the bidirectional water separation method and strive to balance the two sides.

2 In the installation process of the first hub, one pressure gauge and one valve must be installed before and after the filter. The purpose is to observe the pressure difference before and after the filter and to adjust the flow and pressure, and to facilitate the filter cleaning.

3, the correct use of drip irrigation machinery:

1 To control the system pressure, the system working pressure should be controlled within the specified standard range.

2 The filter is a key component to ensure the normal operation of the system. It should be cleaned frequently. If the filter is found to be damaged, it must be replaced in time.

3 The emitter is easy to damage, should be laid carefully, carefully managed, gently rolled up when not in use, and should not be pressed or dragged on the ground.

4 Strengthen management to prevent debris from entering the emitter or the water supply pipe. If any debris is found, the plug should be opened and flushed.

When the temperature in the winter greenhouse is too low, appropriate measures must be taken to prevent the frozen plastic parts, the water supply pipes and the emitters.

6 When drip irrigation, slowly open the valve and gradually increase the flow to drain the air, reduce the impact pressure on the emitter, and extend its service life.
