Baclofen, alias Bekonfon, Becofin, and Lilu line, the name of the drug is spinacron, oligosine, chloramphenicol, a derivative of gamma-aminobutyric acid, an antispasmodic drug Drugs are skeletal muscle relaxants and sedatives that act on the brain and spinal cord of the central nervous system. It suppresses the release of excitatory amino acids such as glutamic acid and aspartic acid by stimulating receptors, thereby inhibiting the transmission of single synapses and polysynaptic reflexes in the brain and spinal cord of the central nervous system, thereby exerting antispasmodic action. It has been clinically used as a racemic preparation for the treatment of muscle spasm in the mid-1960s.
