Characteristics: This peach variety exhibits strong tree vigor and an open growth habit. It starts bearing fruit early, typically within three years after planting, and reaches high yield levels by the fifth year. The fruits are nearly elliptical in shape, with a distinct olecranon-like tip. The skin is covered with minimal fine hair, and when ripe, it turns light blue with a pinkish blush. The flesh is greenish-white, with a red core near the pit and white flesh away from it. The fruit size is uniform, averaging around 151 grams per fruit, with an edible rate of 85.5%. The texture is crisp, the flavor is excellent, and the quality is high. The soluble solids content is 10.83%, soluble sugar is 8.43%, titratable acidity is 0.25%, and vitamin C content is 2.2 mg/100g. It also has good storage resistance.
Yield Performance: The variety demonstrates high and stable yields, with an average of over 75 kg per tree, and up to 1500–2000 kg per mu (approximately 667 square meters).
Cultivation Techniques: (1) Land Selection: Suitable for mountainous or hilly areas; use rootstock such as wild peaches or bitter peaches for grafting, and select scions from healthy, high-yielding, and mature mother trees. (2) Planting Season: Plant in spring or autumn, with a spacing of 5 meters by 6 meters, resulting in 20–25 plants per acre. (3) Fertilization: Before planting, apply 40 kg of composted organic fertilizer, 0.5–1 kg of compound fertilizer, and 2 kg of phosphate fertilizer per plant. Young trees should be fertilized 3–4 times annually. (4) Thinning and Pruning: Adult trees require regular pruning, and proper fruit thinning should be done after fruit set. (5) Disease Management: Pay attention to prevention and treatment of diseases, especially those caused by excess moisture.

It features strong growth, an open canopy, early maturity, high yield, and stable production. The fruit is nearly elliptical, with greenish-white flesh, uniform size, crisp texture, a small seed, and a pleasant flavor. It has good storage ability and is suitable for cultivation in northern Guangdong’s honey peach production areas. It meets the certification standards for crop varieties in Guangdong Province and has passed the review and approval process.
