Chen Hao said that the comprehensive reform of institutional mechanisms includes six main areas: promoting the separation of management and management, deepening the reform of the public hospital management system; promoting the separation of government affairs and improving the governance mechanism of public hospitals; promoting the separation of medicines and improving the compensation mechanism of public hospitals; and promoting profitability. Separate non-profits, improve the classification management system for medical institutions, implement linkages between upper and lower levels, establish a division of labor and cooperation mechanism between public hospitals and primary health care institutions, implement post management, and reform the public hospital personnel and income distribution system.
For the comprehensive reform of county-level hospitals, Chen Xie disclosed that the central government will support 300 county-level hospitals that have standardized the construction of county-level hospitals this year, and counties (cities) with a population of more than 300,000 will basically complete a public Hospitals; give full play to the role of county-level hospitals in the linkage between urban and rural areas and the leading role of the county; in the country, 300 county-level hospitals were selected to carry out comprehensive reform pilot work.
