It can be used for seed germination, seedling, plant tissue culture and cultivation, microbial culture, feeding of insects, small animals, anti-oxidation test of drugs and environmental tests of articles.
In order to save energy, the climate chamber adopts intermittent cooling; in order to save cost and reduce the cost, the climate chamber adopts the internal dehumidification type ready-to-use refrigerator and the dehumidifier. The key structural part adopts the national patent ZL00242694·3 “Split-type internal dehumidification artificial climate box”. 》, so the price is very high.
The instrument adopts the countdown method, that is, when the remaining time is reduced to zero, the time is automatically switched (the day turns dark, or the night turns into day).

1. Box structure: The box body is composed of a top cover, a working chamber, a cooling and heating room and a bottom chamber. The top cover is equipped with a computer controller strong electric board, and the top cover panel is equipped with a computer controller weak board, which includes a digital display, an indicator light and an operation button. In addition, a power switch is mounted on the panel. N sets of fluorescent lamps are hung on the side of the cabinet or on the door of the box. A thermistor (ie temperature sensor) is mounted on the back wall of the studio. The cooling and heating room is below or above the working chamber, and the left and right (or front and rear) are respectively connected to the entrance and exit of the working chamber of the studio, and the indoor is equipped with an evaporator, an anti-condensation visor, an electric heating tube and two circulating fans. Five, the operation method
1. Check the set value:
The parameter setting check of the instrument adopts one-by-one rotation method: that is, when the key is turned on or running, the time window displays O1, and the first digit in the time window is flashing, indicating that the first daytime parameter is checked. The set value, press the button again to enter the O2 segment night parameter check, press the button again to return to the working state.
2. Setting and modification of setting values
In the above check, the value of each parameter of each parameter setting value of a certain period of time can be corrected one by one by pressing the key and the key. After setting, press the button to confirm. Or press the button continuously to bring it directly into the running state.
3. Time switch
After the parameter is set and enters the running state, if you want the current work to enter the time period you need, you need to press a number of down buttons: each time you press the corresponding one time. Note that the interval between buttons should not be greater than 3 seconds.
4. Current time shift
In many cases, the running time of the instrument is required to be consistent with the local standard time, or the remaining time of the currently running time period (referred to as the current time period) is corrected as needed. Then you need to press the button first, after which the first digit in the time window flashes, and the second signal “:” stops flashing. In this case, press the key and the key (key to change the flashing digit value) to make the remaining time meet your needs. Press the button again after the shift is completed (if you press the button for 5 seconds, it will be automatically written).
5. Zero measurement of temperature measurement value and fullness correction of temperature measurement value (factory has been set, generally need not be used, and will be used when the temperature drift amount changes after several years of use of the instrument, otherwise the temperature display will not match the actual situation. occur)
If you need to correct the temperature measurement value, press and hold the button for more than 5 seconds until the time window displays LOCK, then press the key to display OO1 in the temperature window, and then press the button again. At this time, the LdSC is displayed in the time window, and the temperature window is displayed. The first digit flashes to indicate that the zero shift value is currently displayed. Then, use the and keys to modify the zero shift value: for example, if the digital display zero is 1.5 °C higher, the zero shift value is adjusted to -1.5 °C. Press the button again, the FdSC will be displayed in the time window, the temperature window will display the full scale shift value and the first digit will flash. At this time, the full scale shift value can be set: for example, the temperature measurement value is zero and the full scale is found (45°C). When the temperature is 2 °C lower, press the and keys to adjust the full-scale shift to +2.0 °C. After setting it, press the button again to confirm. After setting the above parameters, press and hold the button for more than 5 seconds until the system parameter setting state is exited (must exit).
Note: The zero point and full scale have been adjusted at the factory, please do not adjust it.
Sixth, fault self-diagnosis
a) Temperature deviation exceeds ±2 °C alarm
b) The studio temperature is above 48 °C (this value can be determined according to different requirements of the user) to force stop heating
c) Alarm when the touch switch is shorted
d) Alarm when the temperature sensor is broken or short-circuited, and stops heating and cooling
e) The temperature of the heating chamber is higher than 55 °C, the protection relay is closed, and the heating power is cut off.
f) Alarm when the humidity sensor fails (upper limit overflow or lower limit overflow) and stops humidification and dehumidification.

Nine, note:
1. To ensure personal safety, the ground wire (E) of the power outlet should be grounded.
2. When doing the low temperature test below 10 °C, the ambient temperature should not be too high, and the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the box should not exceed 20 °C to ensure the normal operation of the climate chamber.
3. Low temperature (below 6 °C) high humidity or low humidity will cause the evaporator in the cooling and heating room to freeze, so the instrument will automatically terminate the humidification and dehumidification functions (ie, humidity is not controlled). If the user has special requirements, it can be resolved through negotiation.
4. Due to the inherent characteristics of the humidity transmitter, if it is in a high-humidity environment above 95% RH for a long time, it will be out of order (generally the humidity shows an upper limit overflow), so try not to use high humidity above 95% RH.
5. Since the humidifier water tank adopts vacuum balanced water supply, the water in the base should be inverted every time the water tank is separated from the base, so as to prevent too much water in the base during operation and overflow into the base to damage the electronic components.
