Second, the detection principle

2 , sample processing
l Sample processing method 1 : 2-3 drops of eluate in the proximal tip of the tested leaf, and gently rub with the other leaf tip (the same batch) at the drip for about 1 minute, then the leaf Drop a drop of the liquid on the white pill;
l Sample processing method 2 : Take about 5 grams of vegetables or fruit samples, cut into the size of the fingernails with scissors, put them into plastic or glass beakers, add water according to 1:1 ratio (leaf vegetables add water in a ratio of 1:2). Stir with a glass rod and take a drop on a white pill after 10 minutes.
3 , heating, color development
l After the samples to be tested are dripped onto each tablet, press the “Start” button, the instrument will display 10:00, and count down to start the test. Note that the cover cannot be closed at this stage ;
l After 10 minutes, the instrument will give a prompt buzzer sound. At this time, please close the top cover, the LCD display heating countdown, the color development time (3 minutes) will arrive, the instrument will give a three-tone beep sound, then open. The upper cover of the instrument judges the result.
4 , the result of judgment: observe the color of the white pill on the quick test card, if displayed
l Significant blue is negative, indicating no pesticide residues or low concentrations;
l Light blue is weakly positive, indicating pesticide residues and high concentrations;
l White is strongly positive, indicating pesticide residues and high concentrations;
Blank control color:

Sixth, instrument maintenance
1. The place where the instrument is stored must be kept dry, dust-free and vibration-free.
2. The internal passage of the instrument should be kept clean and free of dust. If there is dirt, it can be wiped clean with cotton.
3. If the instrument is not used for a long time, the lithium battery should be taken out and stored in a dry place to prolong the service life of the instrument;
Seven, matters needing attention
1. When using the instrument for the first time, the lithium battery should be fully charged, which takes about 8 hours.
2. If the instrument prompt is not lit, it indicates that the current battery is low, it should be charged in time, otherwise the instrument will automatically shut down.
3. When preheating, the upper cover of the instrument is preferably covered to reduce the warm-up time;
4. When the instrument is not in use, it should be turned off to save power; after the instrument is turned off, if the power adapter is powered, the power indicator will be on, if it flashes, the lithium battery is charging.
5. It is forbidden to insert other DC0 power supplies not equipped with the company in the DC input hole of the instrument.
6. If the instrument does not respond when pressing the “On/Off” button, insert the small probe into the “RESET” hole at the bottom of the instrument and press the “Reset Switch” button to return the instrument to normal.
7. Onions, garlic, radish, leeks, celery, coriander, white peony, mushroom and tomato juice contain plant secondary biomass that has an effect on the enzyme, which is prone to false positives. 8. The white pill and the red pill need to have enough water for the medium to react with each other. It is better to treat the samples in each batch and then add them together to avoid drying out.
