1 Clear Garden. After the pruning of the grapes is completed, all the litters in the garden are removed and the old skin on the trunk and main vine is stripped to burn and bury them in a concentrated manner, thereby reducing the source of the disease.

2 disinfection. The ground, the scaffolds and the plants in the garden were completely spray-disinfected with Baume 2~3 degrees lime sulfur plus 0.5% sodium pentachlorophenol. In the early February of the plant, when the buds were in the bulbous stage, 0.5 to 1 degree of lime sulfur plus 0.2% sodium pentachlorophenol was sprayed again to remove the source of disease.

Lime nitrogen treatment

Treatment of grape shoot buds with 15% to 20% lime nitrogen liquid after greenhouse trimming in winter can promote early sprouting of the grapes for 3 to 5 days, and increase germination rate by about 30%. Processing time: From the end of December to the beginning of January. Choose the best day at sunny noon (between 10 am and 3 pm).

Shed

The period of the canopy cover is appropriately carried out according to the characteristics of different cultivars, and varieties requiring short-term chilling, such as Venus seedless, early jade, and purple jade (requiring 700 to 1000 hours of cold capacity), can be covered in the shed in early January, requiring long-term cooling. Varieties such as Fujisawa, Xiahe, and Jingya (requiring 1,100 to 1,300 hours of cold capacity) can be covered in the middle and late January, and they must be completed before the end of January.

Fertilizer management

After filling the canopy, the grape should be filled with enough water once, and the entire shed is closed. Before the budding (from the end of January to the beginning of February), 15 kg of urea or 30 kg of ammonium bicarbonate and 3 kg of boron fertilizer should be applied, and then the irrigation should be conducted once. At the same time, the grape buds were sprayed once with 0.5% urea solution and 100 mg/liter gibberellin to promote germination and increase germination rate.

Temperature and humidity management

1 After the shed is covered, it is before sprouting. The entire shed is closed, and the high temperature and high humidity conditions in the shed are relatively maintained. The maximum temperature is controlled below 35°C. Exceed the critical temperature and let the air cool down. When the humidity is lower than 90%, spray the water on the grape shoots to increase the relative humidity.

2 After germination to pompon period. The maximum temperature is controlled below 30°C, and the minimum temperature is controlled above 5°C. If the temperature is lower than the minimum critical temperature, insulation measures (such as double-film covering) should be taken and the relative humidity should be controlled below 60%. If the humidity is too high, the protective cover film can be protected in the garden, which can not only reduce the humidity but also increase the ground temperature and adjust the balance between the upper and lower growth.
