State Key Laboratory of Pharmaceutical Industry Establishes Innovation Strategic Alliance

Recently, the "Innovation Strategic Alliance of the State Key Laboratory of Pharmaceutical Industry", consisting of 11 national key laboratories in the national pharmaceutical industry, was held in Jilin City, Jilin Province. Representatives of the State Key Laboratory and related experts attended the meeting.

The meeting reached a consensus that the alliance aims to “guide the development of the pharmaceutical industry and promote the development of new drug research and technology” and take the opportunity of jointly taking on the “973” project of the Ministry of Science and Technology to integrate technological innovation resources of the industry and strengthen cooperation in research and development to break through the process of the creation of new drugs. Sexual scientific issues and bottlenecks in key technologies, building joint research and development platforms, and accelerating the transformation of results.

The meeting confirmed that the first chairman of the alliance was Liu Changxiao, director of the State Key Laboratory of Drug Delivery Technology and Pharmacokinetics of Tianjin Pharmaceutical Research Institute.
