Tomatoes containing milk ingredients

Studies have shown that lactoferrin has the effect of improving immune function and preventing infection, and has the effect of increasing iron. Japan’s Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Natural Resources and other institutes have introduced the lactoferrin-producing genome of the human breast into the tomato variety “Qiuyu”. The analysis showed that the fruit, leaves, and roots of the tomato “Qiuyu” can produce lactoferrin, and in its fruit, 2.5 to 3.2 mg of lactoferrin can be produced per 100 g of weight.
