The shell-and-tube heat exchanger does not have to worry about the various hazards such as reduced heat exchange area, blocked flow channels, unstable operation, and destroyed presses due to evaporator lag.

4. The shell-and-tube heat exchanger is safe to use. The special structure and high elongation of the inner copper tube and the thicker wall thickness and high pressure resistance make it more resistant to water freezing and pressure than the stainless steel plate heat exchanger.

5, shell and tube heat exchanger water quality requirements are low, the water side of the flow channel has a larger cross-sectional size, can allow the water to entrain larger diameter fibers, sediment and other impurities through, causing a small possibility of clogging. Similarly, the possibility of blockage due to fouling of the shell and tube heat exchanger is very small. Therefore, the adaptability to the water quality is stronger than the plate heat exchanger.
