Agricultural machinery use and maintenance experience - plus pad compensation friction plate too thick

Some clutches of small tractors, after replacing the friction discs, were repeatedly adjusted but were still unclear. The reason for this is mostly due to the excessive thickness of the replaced friction plate. Then, either replace the friction plate or turn it so that the thickness of the friction plate assembly is within the allowable value. In fact, an appropriate thickness of paper pad can be added between the clutch cover and the clutch cover to compensate, which not only solves the problem of unclear clutch separation, but also prolongs the service life of the friction plate. After the tractor has been working for a period of time, the friction plates will become thinner and the added pad can be removed and the clutch can be adjusted again.
