At present, the power in the pumps and small generator sets, and the matching rate of small gasoline engines are getting higher and higher; with the improvement of urban afforestation level, small and medium-sized gasoline engines for gardening machines have also been widely used. This article talks about our experience on how to properly use and maintain a small gasoline engine. Pay attention to safety issues First of all, gasoline is a flammable and explosive material. It must be kept away from the fire during storage and use. It must be stopped after refueling. It is forbidden to smoke in the engine work area. Second, CO, NOx, and HC in the exhaust gas of gasoline engines will poison people. In particular, the concentration of CO in the exhaust gas is as high as 2% to 10%, and it is very easy to poison people. Therefore, it is forbidden to be small. Third, the small gasoline engine is generally an air-cooled engine. The main large parts such as the cylinder head and the body are made of aluminum, zinc or magnesium alloys. The surface temperature is very high, especially the exhaust pipe. Once it is touched, it will be burned. Ten careful. Fourth, the output shaft must have a protective cover to prevent foreign objects from flying out. In addition, when working with a mower, one cannot stand in the direction of grass throwing. In general use and maintenance pay special attention to safety issues. It should be noted that the selection of the type of engine must be correct. For example, when a generator is used, a 50 Hz generator needs to select a small gasoline engine with a rated speed of 3000 r/min, and a 60 Hz generator requires a small gasoline engine with a rated speed of 3600 r/min. For another example, the generator needs to select the gasoline engine with continuous power calibration, and the power factor and mechanical efficiency should be taken into consideration; the pump needs to be selected by the gasoline engine calibrated with a power of 12 h; and the mower must be equipped with a large torque reserve gasoline engine. Pay attention to the selection problem. During the use process, clean oil must be added. The amount of oil is between the two scale lines. Petrol appliances must be cleaned to prevent foreign matter from blocking the carburetor. When starting at a lower ambient temperature, the choke can be started by turning off about 1/2. When the small gasoline engine starts, do not add load immediately to avoid injury. Let it run at low speed for 3-5 minutes. During this period, check whether there is any looseness of the gasoline engine couplings, whether it is oil-free, whether the speed is out of order, etc., and listen to whether the gasoline engine has a knocking sound, a loose sound of the engine, and other abnormal sounds. If there should be a gradual increase from a small load to a large load, do not suddenly increase the load to avoid abnormal wear and tear; 5-10 minutes after the work is stable, and then work at full capacity. During operation, especially when it is used as power for walking machines, if the body tilts beyond a certain angle, it should be noted that the oil should still be able to splash up so as not to damage the crankshaft and connecting rod. The same goes for the shutdown process. It cannot be suddenly switched off when the heavy load is adjusted. Otherwise, the machine will be damaged. The correct way to stop is to gradually remove the load, close the small throttle, and run at no-load low speed for 4-5 minutes to gradually cool the gasoline engine, then turn off the ignition switch, cut off the ignition circuit, turn off the gasoline engine, and finally turn off the fuel tank switch. Correct maintenance Every time before and after use, you must clean the surface of oil, dirt, check the oil pipe joints for oil leakage, whether the leak at each seal, the cylinder compression force is normal. The gasoline engine should be placed in a dry place to prevent the magnetomotor from getting wet so that the engine cannot be started easily. After a simple fault occurs, the fuel tank and the carburetor should be cleaned, the spark plugs should be removed, the gap between the spark plugs should be adjusted, the muffler should be removed, the internal carbon deposit should be removed, and then the test should be started. After 200 hours of use, it is necessary to conduct comprehensive maintenance of sheep; remove the carburetor, and fully clean; remove the cylinder head, piston ring, body, remove the coke inside, clean the body and the spark plug contact is good; check whether the seal needs to be replaced Whether the compression is good, whether the piston ring needs to be replaced, whether the valve needs grinding, check whether the wear amount of each movement exceeds the limit value, and promptly adjust after repair or replacement. Special attention must be paid to the clearance of each movement when assembling after maintenance; Ensure that the magnetic motor corner gap, carefully clean the carburetor needle and the amount of holes; strictly in accordance with the provisions of the assembly, to ensure that the inlet and exhaust valve clearance; after the end of the assembly, to run in, from low speed to high speed, from the empty car to Small load to full load again, 2 hours after normal work.
