Foreword
Green food is safe, high-quality and nutritive food without pollution. The rational use of feed and feed additives is an important link in the production of animal-sourced green food. In order to ensure the quality of green foods and implement effective quality management of production materials for green foods, it is necessary to formulate a series of guidelines for the use of production materials. This standard specifies the principles for the use of feed and feed additives for the production of green foods. The Regulations on the Administration of Feed and Feed Additives issued by the State Council of the People's Republic of China is the main basis for the formulation of this standard.
Appendix A of this standard is a normative appendix.
This standard is proposed and managed by the China Green Food Development Center and the National Feed Industry Standardization Technical Committee.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the guidelines for the use of feeds and feed additives that are permitted for the production of green foods and the types of feeds and feed additives that are prohibited.
This standard applies to the production, management and certification of Class A green foods.

For dated references, subsequent amendments (not including errata content) or revisions do not apply to this section, however, encourage the parties to reach an agreement in accordance with this standard to study whether the use of the latest of these documents. version. 3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions established by GB/T 10647 apply to this standard.
3.1 Green Food green food
Follow the principle of sustainable development, production according to a specific production method, certified by a specialized agency, and licensed to use green foods without pollution, safety, high-quality, and nutritive foods.
3.2 Grade A Green Food grada A green food
The environmental quality of the place of production is in accordance with the requirements of NY/T391. The production process strictly follows the guidelines for the use of green food production materials and the requirements of the production and operation regulations, and the limited use of chemical synthetic production materials is limited. The product quality meets the standards of the green food product and is subject to the special agency. It is determined that products that use the Class A green food mark are permitted.
3.3 Feed feeds
It can provide nutrients needed to feed animals, ensure health, promote production and growth, and can produce feeds that do not produce harmful effects under reasonable use.
3.4 Feed Additives
The small or trace substances added during feed processing, production, and use include nutritive feed additives and general feed additives.

In order to ensure or improve the quality of feed, promote animal production, ensure the health of animals, and increase the utilization rate of feedstuffs, incorporation of small or trace substances in feeds.
3.43 Pharmaceutical feed additives
In order to prevent animal diseases or affect a certain physiological and biochemical functions of an animal, a homogeneous mixture of one or more drugs and carriers or diluents formulated in an additive to feed is prepared in a prescribed ratio.
3.5 Green food production materials
Recognized by a specialized agency, it meets the requirements for green food production and is officially recommended for the production of green food.
4 Usage guidelines
The production of colored livestock products is mainly to improve the feeding environment, treat the animals, and strengthen the feeding and management. The compound feeds are prepared according to the feeding standards so that nutrition is comprehensive and the nutrients are balanced. The production materials such as feedstuffs and feed additives used must comply with the relevant provisions of the "Feed Hygiene Standard", "Feed Labeling Standard", various feed raw material standards, feed product standards and feed additive standards. All feed additives and additive pre-mixed feeds must come from companies that have production licenses, and have enterprise, industry or national standards, product approval numbers, imported feed and feed additive product registration certificates and supporting quality inspection methods. At the same time, the following guidelines should also be observed:
4.1 Guidelines for the Production of Production Materials for Class A Green Food
4.11 Feed Products that Give Priority to Green Food Production Materials
4.12 At least 90% of the feed comes from certified green food products and their by-products, and other feed ingredients may be products that meet the green food standards.
4.13 It is prohibited to use feed ingredients produced by genetically modified methods.
4.14 The use of animal feed products (excluding milk and dairy products) derived from mammals as raw materials is prohibited.
4.15 The use of industrial synthetic greases is prohibited.
4.16 The use of livestock and poultry excrement is prohibited.
4.2 Guidelines for the Use of Feed Additives for Green Foods
4.21 Priority Use of Feed Additives Complying with Green Food Production Materials
4.22 The feed additives selected must be the feed additives listed in the “Category of Feed Additives Allowed for Use†and the feed additives that are allowed to be imported, with the exception of the feed additives listed in Appendix A.
4.23 It is forbidden to use any pharmaceutical feed additive.
4.24 It is forbidden to use hormones and hypnotics.
4.25 The amount of nutritive feed additives used should meet the nutritional requirements and nutrition safety limits set out in NY/T14, NY/T33, NY/T34, and NY/T65.
