The maintenance of the circulating water vacuum pump is different from other types of pumps. The main points are as follows:

1. Check the pump valve should pay attention to whether the seal ring is aging and deformation, whether the spring elastic force is seriously reduced, whether the valve port and the valve core have any defects such as wear and corrosion. When installing, the valve end surface should be flush with the pump body flange surface and cannot be recessed;

2. When the diaphragm is replaced, the disassembly and assembly pump head should be lifted in advance to prevent falling damage;

3. When the adjustment mechanism is disassembled, the stroke length position (stroke length is 5mm) should be calibrated. Remove the scale holder and slide the scale ring into the calibration position. The measured stroke length should be exactly the same as the scale.

4. When disassembling the piston, use a special pointed tool to remove the packing ring from its slot, taking care not to damage the ring groove;

5. The worm and worm gear should be inspected, the teeth should be intact, there should be no cracks or broken teeth, and the meshing contact should be checked during installation.
