Harvester test run-in method

After the maintenance of the new or maintenance harvester, the mating surfaces of the moving parts are not smooth and smooth, the mutual movement surface contact area is small, and the load per unit area is large. In this state, the loading work will cause severe parts. Wear, even the surface of the parts will produce scratches, strains and incapacity. In addition, the power transmission of the harvester during work is mostly done by belts. If the load is not put into operation after the test run, the corresponding resistance of the power transmission will increase, which will cause the belt to stretch, slipping and pulling the work surface. This causes a malfunction. Therefore, the new or maintained harvester must be run-in. The order of running-in should be engine part → walking part → cutting part → threshing, separating, cleaning part → unloading grain part. In the test run of the engine, the cold and hot run-in must be determined based on the contents of the maintenance. If you replace bearings, pistons, piston rings, etc., you should first cold mill, then heat grinding. During the trial run, you should always pay attention to whether the oil pressure gauge, oil temperature gauge, and water temperature gauge are within the specified values; listen to the engine for abnormal noise. If low oil pressure, oil leakage, water seepage, and abnormal noise are found, they shall be promptly removed and the test run shall not be carried out barely. The test run-in time: cold grinding 6h; hot grinding, low speed (600-800r/min) 15min, medium speed (1100-1200r/min) 10min (water temperature not reaching 40 °C when not medium speed), high speed (rated speed) 5min (The water temperature may not reach full speed when not reaching 50°C). After the engine is running normally, you can press the 1st to 2nd to 3rd gear and then the reverse gear to run the test run. During the walk test run, you should turn left Right turn, check steering mechanism, brake is sensitive and reliable, pay attention to engine transmission, power transmission operation, check whether the clutch is stable and reliable, whether the separation is complete, whether the shift is light, whether the interlocking machinery is reliable, check whether the instrument is normal. If any problem is found during the trial operation, stop it immediately. Trial run-in time is 1 block 30 min, 2 block 30 min, 3 block 20 min, reverse block 10 min. After the running of the engine and the running test are normal, it is possible to carry out the empty operation of the working mechanism such as cutting, threshing, separating and unloading the grain. The work handle can be engaged at this time, and the operation speed is divided into small throttle, medium throttle, and large throttle, and the test runs first, and then partially trial operation, and then full test run. During the test run, pay attention to whether the operation of moving parts and moving parts is normal and listen to whether there is any noise or not. Test the working conditions of the hydraulic components, observe whether it is sensitive and reliable, and exercise freely, whether there is oil leakage or oil leakage. Check the reliability and agility of the monitoring instrument. If a problem is found, run it out after the test run. Trial running time is 3h for small throttle, 2h for medium throttle, and 1h for large throttle. After the test run, the fasteners should be inspected immediately for looseness, whether the bearing, bearing shell has any heat, and the tightness of belts and chains and wear. Exhaust the engine oil pan, gearbox, oil in the reduction gearbox, and hydraulic fluid in the hydraulic tank, and completely remove the filter. Before the formal harvesting, a representative field should be selected for trial run-in, requiring the first half of the trial to be cut-in and run-in, and trial-wearing for a period of time before full-scale trial run-in.
