From September 9th to 10th, the “2016 China Medical Device International Cooperation Summit†hosted by China Medical Equipment Association, Ningbo Meishan Bonded Port Management Committee, Ningbo Science and Technology Bureau and Beijing Saibailan Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. in Ningbo Meishan was successfully held. Zhao Zilin said that compared with 2014, the localization rate of four major types of medical equipment has increased in different degrees in 2015.
Flat-panel DR equipment: Domestic brand sales accounted for 64% of total sales in 2014, up from 71% in 2015.
The overall growth rate of domestic flat-panel DR sales is 24%, among which the sales growth rate of enterprises entering the “Excellent Domestic Medical Equipment Product Catalogue†(hereinafter referred to as “Excellent Catalogueâ€) is 37%, and the sales growth rate of enterprises that have not entered the “Excellent Catalogue†is 7%.
Color Doppler equipment: The proportion of domestic brand sales to total sales increased from 47% in 2014 to 57% in 2015.
The overall growth rate of domestic flat-panel DR sales is 16%, the growth rate of enterprises entering the “excellent catalogue†is 20%, and the growth rate of enterprises that have not entered the “excellent catalogue†is 2%.
CT equipment: The proportion of domestic brand sales to total sales increased from 20% in 2014 to 32% in 2015; domestic equipment sales growth rate was 54%, and foreign brand sales fell 14%.
MRI equipment: The proportion of domestic brand sales to total sales increased from 39% in 2014 to 50% in 2015. Domestic equipment sales growth rate was 32%, and foreign brand sales fell 14%.
