A new study admonishes: Turn on the light to sleep the most immune

Many people have the habit of turning lights on to sleep. However, a new study cautioned that turning on lights and sleeping is the most vulnerable.

However, switching on the lights will unconsciously affect the normal secretion of melatonin and disrupt the natural mechanism of the body's perception of circadian rhythm, thus affecting the quality of sleep.
