After soaking in warm water at 50°C for 15 minutes, the seeds were soaked in clean water for 10 hours, then germination, and 80% of the seeds were sown at the time of germination. After the sowing, a small arch shed was used to cover the film. In the evening, it was covered with straw curtain insulation. During the day, the straw curtain was opened at 8-9. Grafting grafted seedlings, rootstock 5 to 7 days in advance sowed in a plastic matrix tray, until the first true leaves of watermelon grow, when the rootstock has 2 leaves 1 heart when grafted in the greenhouse. Watering in time after grafting, covered with a small arch shed film, humidity within the shed remained at 80% to 90%, 2 to 3 days after the ventilation and humidity, the bed temperature remained within 25 days after grafting, when the shed temperature exceeded 30°C. Curtain or shade net, night temperature control at 20 °C, 10 days before transplanting temperature control at 15 ~ 18 °C. Before the transplanting, the ditching and basal fertilization were carried out. The amount of chicken manure per acre was 1000 kg, 45% of compound fertilizer was 50 kg, ammonium bicarbonate was 50 kg, and zinc sulfate was 1 kg. After soil preparation, 48% trifluralin EC 100 ml and water 50 kg spray were used for soil closure treatment. When transplanting, the mulching film was covered with a 3.3-meter row spacing, 0.8-meter spacing, and 240 plants per acre.
Broccoli selected excellent, Shenglv, marathon and other varieties, using plastic disk matrix seedlings. Before transplanting, sufficient base fertilizer should be used. For each mu, 1000 kg chicken manure, 30 kg compound fertilizer and 2 kg borax should be used. Seedling age 25 to 30 days, 4 to 5 true leaves when transplanted, planted 2500 to 3000 per acre. Ammonium bicarbonate was applied 25 kilograms per acre 20 days after transplanting, and 20 kilograms of urea were applied per acre after the start of balling.
