3. Don't think that you need to release water only in a frozen climate. In fact, when water is below 4°C, its volume will increase as the temperature decreases. Sometimes, although ice has not yet formed, if the lid vent hole is blocked, the tank core can also burst at the critical point of the water's freezing point. Therefore, do not wait for the freezing weather to think of the release of water. You should raise your vigilance. Pay attention to listening to the weather forecast program and pay close attention to the changes in the weather so as to prevent cold air and sudden cold attacks.

4. Do not turn off the water immediately at high temperatures. Immediate extinguishment and discharge of water at a high temperature will cause stress concentration in cylinder heads, cylinder liners, and other body parts due to severe temperature changes, and may even cause bursts due to rapid cooling and severe cold shrinkage of parts. The correct approach should be to idle for a while after parking, and then release water when the water temperature falls below 50°C.

5. Don't forget to open the tank lid. When the water is drained, the water tank cover should be opened, and the engine water jacket and the water tank water release switch should be turned on to allow the water to flow smoothly. Otherwise, the water jacket will reduce the efficiency of water discharge due to the sealing effect of the water tank cover, and it cannot even clean the water.

6, do not open the water switch to go. As the engine is in use, there will be a small amount of scale deposits in the water tank, radiator, body, and cylinder head water jacket. These scale debris and other impurities will flow along with the water and will clog the water channel and drain switch, causing the water to be depleted. The illusion. Therefore, if the discharge switch is found to be sluggish, there is an obstruction, and the hard iron wire is used for dredging; if the temperature is too low, the edge of the water is frozen when the water is discharged, so that the cooling water cannot be exhausted. At this time, the temperature of the engine should be started. If the blockage is serious, remove the water switch assembly and thoroughly clear and clean it. Due to the narrow cooling waterway and complicated structure, in order to drain the cooling water, a slightly thicker rubber hose than the tank port can be used to insert the water into the mouth of the tank and blow the air into the mouth of the tank. When blowing air, one discharge switch should be turned off in turn, and the other discharge switch should be opened to discharge the remaining cooling water in the water channel. Never open the drain switch and walk away to prevent the water from freezing and cracking the body.

7, do not let the water pump room water. Some engines have a lower pump room location. Only the water release switch is turned on. The water in the pump room will not flow out. The remaining water will freeze, the frozen water seal will freeze, and the pump room will freeze. When the engine is restarted, either the pump or the housing is frozen. One of the fan V with a sharp slip or even burned, or even broken water pump shaft; or pump high-speed operation, breaking the frozen water seal, causing the pump to leak. In order to discharge the residual water in the pump room, the crankshaft may be cranked for several revolutions, or the engine may be started to idle for 1 minute so that the residual water in the pump room is thrown out, and the residual water adhering to the water jacket wall is also dried.

8, do not let the hot water free flowing. When water is discharged, it can be filled with containers such as plastic buckets to prevent hot water from flowing freely. It is also convenient for observing whether foreign matter such as organic oil is floating in the water, and it is easy to estimate whether the cooling water is exhausted. This water is softened and used repeatedly. Reduce scale. In addition, do not let water flow to the wheels in case the wheels are frozen on the ground.

9, do not cover the tank cover. After the water is finished, it is not necessary to cover the water tank cover. This has two advantages. First, it prevents the water tank cover from freezing after it is frozen; second, it prevents the remaining water in the overflow tank from freezing, and the temperature inside the water tank and the water jacket is reduced to form a negative pressure. 10. Don't forget to turn off the water switch. After the water is discharged, the drain switch should be closed. Otherwise, the drain switch may be frozen by the residual water. When the water is added the next day, the drain switch is not driped and the switch is turned off. This causes the ice at the drain switch when the water temperature rises. The layers are thawed and all the cooling water flows out. If they are not discovered in time, serious problems such as pulling cylinders and piston bulging cylinders will occur.

11. Don't forget to put hot oil. When the cold is severe, the engine oil in the engine oil pan should be dissipated and stored in the room so that it can be warmed up and warmed up the next day before adding the oil pan to facilitate the start of the engine.

12. Don't forget to top up the diesel. Before the flameout, the diesel tank should be filled with diesel oil to prevent the water in the air in the empty tank from liquefying and condensing after the tank wall cools, causing the diesel fuel to mix in water and affecting the normal operation of the engine.
