(2) Control the humidity in the booth. Due to the low temperature and high humidity, mushroom buds are vulnerable to freezing.
(3) Frozen mushrooms and fungus fungus sticks should be cleaned in time if they are frozen to death in case of mushrooms or ear bases, so as to prevent the fungus sticks from infecting moldy rods.
