No-load operation of the engine: During operation, check the stability of the engine at various speeds and its operating conditions. Pay attention to listen, observe the operating sound, exhaust color, readings of each meter and check to eliminate "three leaks". The tractor runs in a row: through the operation of the speed of each gear, check whether the steering, brake, clutch, running mechanism, etc. are normal, and check whether the temperature at each bearing is normal. If abnormalities are found, they should be promptly adjusted. Tractor load operation: through a planned shift, check engine speed performance, engine oil and water temperature, fuel consumption, smoke color, smell and so on. Check for clutch slip, brake performance, and gliding distance after picking. Through the above inspection and adjustment, it can provide a reliable basis for normal use. In the running-in, you should always check the lubricating oil. If you find that there are too many metal crumbs in the oil, you should check it carefully. If necessary, clean and replace the lubricating oil. Careful maintenance after running in. The contents of the maintenance, in addition to the items specified in the manual, also determine whether or not to carry out maintenance of more items according to the conditions of running-in, manufacturing, and quality of overhaul.
