How to manage persimmon tree after fruit picking

In October, most of the persimmon fruits have been gradually harvested. At this time, the nutrient accumulation of the persimmon tree is greater than the consumption, and the tree enters the storage and nutrition period. The accumulation of nutrients during this period is directly related to the yield and quality of the following year. After fruit harvesting, it should be managed in time to restore tree vigor, promote flower bud differentiation, and ensure high yield and stable production in the coming year.

The optimum period for applying basal fertilization was early October. Fertilization accounted for about 75% of the annual fertilization amount. The specific fertilization amount depends on tree vigor, crown size, yield and soil fertility. In general, the persimmon tree is applied to organic fertilizer 150 kg to 250 kg, diammonium phosphate 1 kg to 2 kg, and potassium sulfate 1 kg to 1.5 kg. Open-cast sulcus, groove depth no more than 35 centimeters.

After the leaves were protected from the leaves of the persimmon fruit, the leaves still had a strong ability to assimilate and could effectively increase the amount of carbohydrates. Spraying 2 to 3 times 3% urea aqueous solution or 300 times photosynthetic micronutrient fertilizer at the foliage can significantly increase the photosynthesis of the leaves, increase the nutrient storage of the tree, and have obvious effects on the flowering results of the new year and the shoot growth.

After defoliation, pruning removes dead branches, diseased shoots, overlapping branches, thin and weak branches, etc., and other branches are appropriately shortened and retracted. The results of the year's branches, leaving the base of the two to three buds short cut; excessively long old branches and large branches of aging trees, shortened as long as there are new branches, promote new branches; strong branches excessive trees, short cut Some shoots are used as preparations to avoid large and small results.

The weeds, fallen leaves, and fruit droppings in the park were removed; the remaining Shiki was removed from the tree, the old rough skin on the trunk was scraped off, and burned in a concentrated manner; the persimmon garden was turned 30 cm deep, especially under the canopy Before the germination, the whole park sprayed 3 times to 5 degrees lime sulfur to remove the overwintering germs and pests; the persimmon anthrax severed persimmon garden, plus spray 40% thiophanate-methyl 300 times. In addition, the trees were sprayed with tree-protecting trees or painted with lime 4 kg, sulfur 2 kg, and water 17 kg. (China Plant Protection Network: Wei Linfei)

Amalgam Lamps

Low pressure amalgam lamps

Our companies provide high-quality spot amalgam and pellet amalgam lamps in standard and custom configurations. Our low pressure pellet amalgam lamps function with equal efficiency in both horizontal and vertical operations.

Amalgam lamps yield up to three times the UVC output over standard lamps of the same length.  We have applied our proprietary  process to the amalgam line. Our special proprietary coating eliminates the common problem of accelerated depreciation so often associated with higher intensity lamps. Our lamps have an operating life of up to 16,000 hours, maintaining an end-of-life UVC output of 85%.

Amalgam lamps offer the best performance over a broad air and water temperature range (4 – 40°C) with consistent UVC output; custom designs for higher temperature applications are available. They are available in both ozone generating and ozone-free lamp types.

System designers have the ability to further decrease the number of lamps used in their treatment systems.
