Snail hatching little experience

The snail hatching must meet three important conditions, namely the appropriate temperature, suitable humidity and insect-free and sterile environment. The so-called suitable temperature is 18 °C ~ 28 °C. The temperature is higher and the snails have a higher mortality rate; the temperature is slightly lower and the incubation time is longer; the temperature is too low to hatch. The humidity of sand or soil should be appropriate. Grab it in groups and let it fall. The humidity is high, the eggs will rot and the humidity is low, and the eggs will be dehydrated and die. ` To make the sand or soil used in hatchery sterile and free from other microorganisms, high temperatures are generally required. High temperature insects, eggs, bacteria and other microorganisms can be eliminated. After repeated experiments, the author explored a hatching method that is simple and has a very high hatching rate. The specific practices are as follows: Put the fine sand (with fine sieve or coarse sand sieve) or sand into the pot and add high temperature (above 200°C), and use a spade or a small bowl to keep turning. Remove after heating, let cool and spare. The storage time of the heated fine sand is short in winter and long in summer. Take some cool sand and place it in a porcelain basin or a plastic basin. The thickness is about 3 cm. Pour a little boiling water (cold and hot). Stir well (Note: Do not pour a lot of boiling water). See dry sand Then pour water and stir. The sand is wet, but there is no water droplets (that is, the degree of hand-dropping, falling and scattering). Smooth the sand in the basin. If the egg is small, use a spoon to open a groove that is 1 to 2 cm wide and 1 to 2 cm deep. Place the eggs in the furrows. Cover the eggs with a thin layer of furrowed sand. Do not expose the eggs. Place the eggs and close the basin with glass. After more than ten days, we can see some small snails running up to the sand. Then we can take out the snails and the sand in the middle, spread them evenly on the grazing soil, and put a layer of lettuce on top. Don't dig out the snails in advance, and the small snails out of the shell will eat the egg shells more robustly. The remaining sand in the pot after digging the snail can still be used after it has been heated.

[Composition]

The main component of this preparation is human immunoglobulin, which is prepared by cold ethanol fractionation of human plasma from healthy donors. The manufacturing process contains a step to remove anticomplementary activity and a dual viral inactivation process. It contains a suitable amount of glucose or maltose as stabilizer (see table below), but does not contain any antiseptic or antibiotic. The distribution of IgG subclasses is close to the serum level of normal subjects and maintains the bioactivity of Fc fragment of IgG.

[Indications]

1. Primary agammaglobulinemia, such as X-linked hypogammaglobulinemia, common variant immunodeficiency diseases, immunoglobulin G subclass deficiency, etc.

2. Secondary immunoglobulin deficiency diseases, such as severe infection, septicemia of newborn, etc

3. Autoimmune diseases, such as primary thrombocytopenic purpura, Kawasaki disease
