Bohai Begonia is a new species introduced by Changle County, Shandong Province, to improve the structure of local aquaculture species. After adult fish breeding, it has been proved that Bohai Sea Clam has a good development prospect in the local farming. In order to solve the problem of seedlings, we conducted trials of artificial breeding and seedlings breeding of Bohai Sea in the county fish breeding farm. We successfully used breeding Bohai Sea oysters as broodstock, and then artificial breeding through broodstock breeding to obtain 265,000 tails of seedlings. good effect.

First, materials and methods

1. The pond is the original cement pool and earthen pond in the fish farm, east-west direction, shelter from the wind, and has its own independent drainage system. The concrete pool is 10m4m in depth and 1.5m deep. The bottom of the pool is flat and the bottom is treated with a circular arc. The size of the earthen pond is 40m30m, and the depth is 1.8m. The bottom mud is 10cm. There is a small amount of reed around. At the beginning of March, the dirt and excessive sediment in the pond were removed and the sun was exposed; in mid-March, chlorine dioxide was used to disinfect, wash, and soak.

2. The water source diverts water from the Jingshan Reservoir. After a long period of aeration, the body of water enters the pond through the channel, and the dissolved oxygen is abundant in the water.

3. Broodstock and its cultivation At the beginning of April, the adult oysters of Bohai Sea larvae with an individual body size of 750g or more, which is well-behaved and with excellent characteristics, were selected as broodstock. The 5 cement pools in parallel were selected as broodstock cultivation ponds, numbering, 25 broodstocks were stocked in each pool, and the proportion of males to females was 1:1.5, which was fed at regular times 2 times a day, and the broodstock cultivation ponds were regularly sterilized.

The cement pool should maintain a micro-flowing water environment to stimulate broodstock spawning.

5. Artificial hatching Select another concrete pool as the fry hatchery and apply fertilizer 10 days before artificial hatching to cultivate the basic bait creatures in the water. After the fish nests with the fertilized eggs attached are collected, they are hung in the fry hatchery, and the stocking density is controlled between 1000 and 1500/m2, and the top of the hatching pool is covered with a black shading net to avoid direct sunlight. The water inlet is fitted with a 60 mesh or 80 mesh sleeve net to reduce the entry of wild fish. The water temperature of the hatching water is about 20°C, and fry can be hatched within 3 days to 4 days.

6. Seedlings After 3 days of incubation, the fish nests are removed from the hatchery and fed. In the early stage of seedling cultivation, a combination of fertilizer and water can be used to feed live leeches, egg yolks, soya milk, etc. along the poolside. At the same time, 1 g/m3 of dissolved fertilizers and 2g/m3 of m3/m3 of chemical fertilizers are splashed every week. In the later period of cultivation (up to 5cm in body length), it can be fed with artificial compound feed and fed twice a day. The daily feeding amount gradually increases from 2% to 5% of the weight of the seedlings to 10% of the weight of the seedlings in the future. .

Second, the experimental results

The broodstock of the Bohai Sea oysters can spawn themselves in the spawning pool after spawning. The rear-end phenomenon occurs on the second day, and a small number of broodstocks begin to spawn. Most of the broodstocks lay eggs on the third and fourth days. The fertilization rate and hatching rate are both at 90. %the above. In this experiment, seedlings were reared for 45 days and 265,000 fish fry were obtained.

Third, the conclusion

1. The sea bream must be bred for a period of time (preferably females and males are raised separately) so that their ovaries are sufficiently mature to be able to produce large numbers of eggs in the same batch.

2. After spawning, brooded breams should use microfluidic water to stimulate spawning.

3. To prevent embryonic death from anoxia, the number of fertilized eggs in the brood should be controlled during broodstock spawning and fertilized egg hatching.

4. During hatching, in order to prevent deterioration of water quality and induce fertilization of fertilized eggs, the microfluidic environment should be maintained, and dead eggs should be removed at any time during the fertilized egg hatching process. Fish nests should be removed in time after the larvae are completely broken. ; You can also use 400ppm salt solution Quanchiposa, change the water after 24 hours.

5. Seeds are best cultivated in large pools. The problem of opening feeds for fish fry can be solved by methods such as fertilizer and water, and the large environment for seedling cultivation is also less likely to fluctuate, which is conducive to the growth of seedlings. In general, adult fish breeding can be performed when the seedlings of Bohai Sea lice reach a body length of about 5 cm.
