1. The rated voltage for power wiring, as specified in the technical sheet, is either 220V AC 50Hz or 380V AC 50Hz.
2. The appropriate wire gauge depends on the model of the equipment. The recommended sizes are: 2.5mm², 4.0mm², 6.0mm², 10mm², 16mm², 25mm², and 35mm². A qualified technician will assist with selecting the correct size based on your specific unit.
3. Ensure that the grounding terminal of the unit is properly connected to a reliable ground. According to electrical standards, the third type of grounding system should maintain a resistance of less than 50Ω.
4. If you are connecting the ground wire to a water pipe, make sure it is a metal pipe that is directly grounded to the earth. Not all metal pipes provide an effective ground, so this must be verified.
5. Do not connect the grounding wire to any oil or gas pipelines, as this could create a serious safety hazard.
II. Humidification Water Installation Instructions:
1. Begin by filling the recovery tank with purified or distilled water. It usually takes about nine minutes to fill completely.
2. Check that the service valve is properly aligned with the water line (it should be vertical).
3. Once the power is turned on, allow approximately three minutes for the system to stabilize. During this time, monitor the water level in the supply tank and the water level controller. The water level should remain at least half full, as indicated by the label on the tank.
4. When the water level drops below the required level, add purified or distilled water into the recovery tank. A small pump will then circulate the water to the feed tank, ensuring continuous operation of the automatic water circulation system.
