Electric capping machine instructions :
First, the operation steps
1. Connect the power cord of the capping machine to the power box;
2. Connect the power supply and the power box indicator light is on;
3, the left hand button cap is on the bottle mouth;
4, the left hand is holding the bottle that is capped;
5. Hold the capping machine with your right hand and align the cap vertically with the cap;
6. Press the start switch on the capping machine with your right index finger while pressing down until the capping machine clutch is self-contained.
When the clutch is released, the sound of "å“’å“’å“’..." can be sounded. According to the tightness of the screw cap, the capping head does not need to be pressed too tightly;
7. Adjust the tightness of the bottle cap by adjusting the torque adjustment nut between the rotary head and the rotary machine. When tightening, the larger the torque is, the tighter the bottle cap is. The smaller the torque is, the smaller the torque is. The more loose it is.
Second, matters needing attention
1. This machine is forbidden to use in the presence of flammable gas.
2. This machine should not be stored and used in humid, corrosive gas or high dust environment.
3. The rotation direction cannot be changed continuously during use to avoid damage to the motor and shorten the life.
